I first met Ema online via google 6 months before the proposal. From our first conversation to the day of the proposal, Ema was beyond exceptional. Ema listened to my thoughts and wishes, turning my ideas into a reality. She was always there no matter what time of day responding either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. I could not have executed our magical proposal without her. Proposing on St. Clemente Island south of Venice, was due to Ema's recommendation on the ideal setting based on my wishes. Ema's team were absolutely amazing, from the set up, to the harp player, to the amazing photographer, Francesco Bognin. We honestly cannot thank Ema and her team enough, thinking back now three weeks later, it still does not seem real!

Ema is a true professional, from day one she started the planning process much of which was questioning Xijia and I extensively to understand what our dream for an ideal wedding was. In this process we very quickly realised Ema had so much experience to offer us that although we wanted our dream, by giving Ema a wide brief we knew she would deliver something wonderful. We are so glad we gave Ema a creative freedom for what she came up with exceeded our expectations beyond belief, Ema created an experience that will stay with us for the rest of our lives endorsed by the many guests who attended many of which stated it was simply the very best wedding they have ever been to. Xijia and I did not want a typical wedding yet Ema managed to create a life experience whilst subtly delivering all the aspects of what a wedding should. Every moment of each day was organised like a military operation yet you would have never have known, for it was relaxed and flowing.. every component of our wedding was of the very highest standard, from the locations, food, service, transportations, entertainment and all the dressing, every single area had clearly had hours of careful thought and attention paid to it.
If anyone is considering marrying, proposing or having a blessing in Venice and want something extra special then you would be mad not to employ the services of Venice Weddings and Ema and her team. I do not know how to convey the gratitude I have for you! You made my vision for the most important day of my life, come to life! I was so nervous (which you know). Planning the day you have dreamed of since you were a little girl is hard enough, then add having it on another continent and not being able to see anything in person until 2 days before, lets just say I'm lucky Josh still wanted to marry me with the stress I was feeling. None of that fazed you...you re-assured me every step of the way that it would be perfect and it was! Through all of my craziness, you never once were flustered. You kept me inline, and managed my expectations. There is nothing worse than someone who just says "yes, yes, yes" when they know that it can't be done. You kept everything in perspective. You said "No, that won't work" or "Let's try this" when and idea seemed unrealistic, and for that I thank you! You did not over look even the smallest detail. The flowers for the chuppah were perfect, the table was amazing!!! EVERYTHING!!! It was a fairy tale. I felt like a princess!
You were attentive and always nearby when I needed you! You went the extra mile to ensure that the welcome reception went well, that the rehearsal dinner went as planned and that should anything be wrong that it was handled and I was none the wiser.
Your vendors were great! Eva did such a fantastic job, I felt beautiful and how I always pictured myself looking as a bride.
I can not tell you how many people said that it was absolutely gorgeous!! Now even though there were only 36 people there...there were 140 people back home that watched the live-stream of our wedding!!! All I have heard was that it was the most beautiful wedding that they have ever been to, and Ema that is thanks to you.
Your smile and cheerful demeanor have become ingrained in my memory. You have become not just my wedding planner, but my friend.

It was my long sought dream to get married with the love of my life in the dreamy City of Venice.
Ema made my dream into a complete reality and even above and beyond what I had dreamt of. Ema and Irene's genuine feelings and passion for their work was so evident in every detail of the event from the boat ride, the beautiful flowers they gifted us to the gondola ceremony and our stroll in the middle of the St Marks square during the carnival events. Her team of photographer Renato and Eva, videographer were also as passionate , genuine and so amazing. Their product is absolutely a master piece. Our wedding was so exquisite and yet they managed to stay within our budget. I could not thank them enough or say enough about our day which was made possible by Ema and her team. We left Venice with special friends especially Ema and Irene along with memories that will be etched in our heart and minds forever. Ema did an extraordinary job! Initially my husband and I did not think we would need a wedding planner, but we were so happy that we ended up hiring Ema in particular!

I want to send a special thank you to your team: Eva did an AMAZING job; she recreated the exact look that I wanted, she was super professional, she helped me get ready and, well, she just made me look prettier than I thought I ever could. My mom said that I looked like a movie star, and of course she's not objective :-) but I truly felt like one being made up by a true pro like Eva. I can't say enough good things about her and her work.
Laure was also SUPERB, making me feel as at ease as was possible considering that I was nervous and I'm usually self-conscious about getting my picture taken. All the photos are GORGEOUS! She did a truly amazing job and we appreciate all the time, patience, and overall hard work that she put into making it possible for us to have lovely pictures of one of the best days of our lives. I don't know how else to put it, and it might sound strange, but we felt that Laure was taking our pictures as if we and our wedding were personally important for her. Besides, she was so sweet, and, as Eva, super professional.
I didn't get to meet your team of florists, but what you and them did was so BEAUTIFUL. That was exactly the bouquet I wanted and exactly "my colors".
The violin player was also wonderful, and I was so happy to hear the song that I like so much.
We both feel that we were so fortunate to find you in the big, wide world of the internet. You never treated us like just "clients" and that makes such a difference. We'll never forget you and everything you did for us. I personally thank you for your patience with me and my skepticism and fears. "Amanda and I planned a trip to Italy to celebrate her graduation from medical school. Venice was our first stop and, after dating for 5 wonderful years, I decided it was the perfect opportunity to pop the question. I wanted it to be a wonderful and memorable surprise. At first I decided all of the things that I wanted to do for this special occasion, and then I set out to try to make the arrangements myself. I had never been to Italy, didn't know the language or the culture, and didn't have any local contacts to help me make the arrangements - so this proved to be a daunting, even impossible, task. That is, until I discovered Ema. She was exactly what I needed, someone local with contacts that could help me set up my elaborate plan.
According to my requests, she arranged a cafe on St. Mark's Square to seat us and set the curious mood by giving us "complimentary" aperitivo with a beautiful long-stemmed rose. She placed a hidden photographer so that he could inconspicuously take photos of us, while it appeared that he was photographing his girlfriend or the string quartet which was directly behind us. When the band dedicated our song to Amanda, the photographer was there and ready to catch the moment when I proposed. Now that the cat was out of the bag, the photographer led us around the area for photos and ended with us in front of our dinner restaurant with reservations for the sweetheart table overlooking the canal. The restaurant had a champagne toast ready for us along with a whole bouquet of beautiful red roses. After dinner, Ema had the maitre d' lead us to the restaurant's water dock where a gondolier waited to take us on our moonlight gondola ride to conclude the night.
I could never have made the arrangements for this momentous night without Ema, and she made it go perfectly. I had spent many weeks trying to decide what to do and make the arrangements on my own, so that by the time I found Ema, she only had about week to make all of the arrangements.
Ema delivered all of this wonderful service for a very reasonable price, so I would highly recommend her to help with any special occasion in Venice."

Do you ever wonder if some people are born with a little extra goodness in them? Well, Ema is one of them. When I contacted her service I knew nothing about Venice and certainly nothing about arranging a proposal involving so many people and locations. All which needed to work and tick together as cogs in a clock. Ema made this clockwork of events happen. I was a medical student stressing through exams, human anatomy, life and now love. When you meet that special someone you want your special moment to be, well, special. You need (I needed) a fairy Godmother. Ema took care of all the arrangements and made my proposal to my wonderful wife-to-be a truly unforgetfull experience. And that is what you want, an EXPERIANCE. Together with Ema the event was planned, shooting ideas back and forth in an open dialog. Down to the very last detail such as personalized menus, private photographer and selection of location, she took us through a journey in wonderland where we lost our hearts but found each other. We started with a surprise gondola ride a peaceful evening on Venice’s beautiful canals. Ioana didn’t suspect a thing as she didn’t even know about the trip to Italy until the arrival to the airport. Close to a small bridge in the romantic gloom of the evening, violin music started to play. Now she starts to wonder what is going on and why the violinist is playing our song. She gets her answer as a large proposal unfolded, down over the bridge in a rain of rose pedals and applause. A personalized dinner awaits us in a beautiful select restaurant. The evening unraveled as such and well the rest is how they say it... history.

My dream wedding has always been the same. I envisioned a candle lit courtyard in Italy, very small and romantic. When my then fiancé and I decided to travel to Italy on vacation, we thought what a great chance for me to have the wedding of my dreams. I set him on the task of finding the venue and arranging the ceremony and then he found Ema. From the start, she was overjoyed to help us with this task. I let the planning to them and when we got to Italy we were treated like royalty. She pulled out all the stops to make us feel so special. There was nothing to worry about, Ema had it all covered. Even when I was doing my hair for the wedding and accidentally melted my flat iron, she went and got me her own as a replacement! Talk about service. But it was more than that. She treated us with such love! Ema is now someone we consider a dear friend.

I was lucky enough to find Ema completely by chance. When my wife told me that her dream wedding was an intimate ceremony in a candle lit Italian courtyard I was a little worried about how I could pull it off. Being from the U.S. I wasn't sure how I was going to find the courtyard that matched her description. Determined to make it happen I decided to Google image search "Italian Courtyard". After dozens of pages of images I found one that fit her description perfectly. I clicked on the image and it took me to a website for, "The Palazzo Odoni" a Venetian palace turned into suites. I wrote them an email asking if I would be able to rent their courtyard out for a wedding. On the other end of that email was Ema. To my surprise she wrote me back and told me that not only could I have the wedding there but that she would be thrilled to organize the whole thing for me if I wanted. From this point on we exchanged many emails going over every detail. I gave her a budget and she took care of everything else. When we arrived at the Palazzo Odoni it was like being greeted by an old friend. She was so warm and helpful we felt right at home. The entire experience was nothing short of perfect. I feel so blessed to have found her.

This year earlier in January I decided that I would propose to mygirlfriend in Venice. But living in London miles away, I feared this would not be possible, until I got in contact with the most creative and wonderful Ema Giangreco. The day was masterfully co-ordinated which involved 3 opportunities where I would potentially propose but keep the moment in suspense. This began with a gondola ride just outside our hotel Pesaro Palace. Typically my fiance now thought I would get down on one knee during the ride then but this didn't happen. The next part was the most romantic candlelit dinner which Ema planned at the Luna Baglioni Restaurant. Having sent a picture to her of us by email, she arranged a beautiful card to be placed on our table where we ate which again was a surprise as my girlfriend did not know that we had a booking here and was more shocked to see our picture on the table when we arrived! I didn't propose there either as she thought I would until we arrived back to the hotel where the night started. Ema had arranged a musician for the piano upstairs on the noble floor along with a violinist and as we walked upstairs into the hotel my girlfriend had the shock of her life when Eric Clapton - Wonderful Tonight was playing and thereafter I proposed on the balcony. A photographer was also there, ready to take pictures, together witha bouquet of flowers and champagne for the celebration. It couldn't have gone to plan any better.
As Ema has celebrity status in Venice, the hotels/restaurants anywhere she organises, we were treated like royalty. Naturally planning this from abroad would seem worrying but through several phone calls and emails of the finest details, Ema supported me and arranged this all with her colleagues who took care of everything right to the exact minutes needed for this proposal! It was a memory we will always remember and a special moment for us both that we will always be indebted to Ema and associates for organising it perfectly. It was great that despite probably organising hundreds of proposals and weddings, she was just as excited as we were in making this a great weekend for us. I knew that I wanted to propose in Venice, but not being familiar with the city I knew that I needed some help. From the very beginning Ema was quick to respond and very helpful offering suggestions and understanding the type of proposal I was looking for.
I led my girlfriend into the candlelit courtyard of the Residence Palazzo Odoni. We sat down on a bench and a violinist started playing "Your Song" by Elton John. A banner dropped from the staircase saying "will you marry me" and once she said yes, a photographer appeared along with Ema and a bottle of Prosecco. Everything was fantastic and unforgettable. The violinist even played "PYT" by Michael Jackson upon my request which was an added bonus! We then ate dinner at Ristorante Ribot just down the road and had an amazing meal including a dessert of love. It was a perfect evening! Thank you for all your help!
